DESCRIPTION:Requestsfor Intervention and Amicus Curiae \nOn or before Tuesday\, March 30\, 2026\, any interested person may file a petition to intervene or a petition to appear as Amicus Curiae in the instant proceeding. The petition to intervene or to appear as Amicus Curiae must comply with the provisions of Sections 5.05 and 7.01 of Regulation No. 8543\,2 as applicable. \nAll petitions for intervention and Amicus Curiae shall be filed by using the Energy Bureau’s electronic filing tool at:\ni. https://radicacion.energia.pr.gov\nii. by postal mail\, addressed to the Puerto Rico Energy Bureau’s Clerk’s Office at World Plaza Building\, 268 Munoz Rivera Ave.\, Plaza Level Suite\n202\, San Juan\, PR 00918; or\niii. or in person at the Energy Bureau’s Clerk’s Office\, located at the address – above. \nThe Energy Bureau will evaluate each petition to intervene and to appear as Amicus Curiae pursuant to the requirements ofRegulation No. 8543 and Section 3.5 and 3.6 ofAct 38-2017\, as amended. \nFor additional details\, see the Energy Bureau’s Resolution & Order of February 27\, 2026
